  • No referral is needed, you can book directly with us. If your injury is the result of an accident, it may be eligible for ACC cover. Our physiotherapists can lodge your ACC claim on the spot and guide you through the process

  • Yes, we operate under the ACC Allied Health Contract, Maternal Birthing Injuries Contract and the ACC Hand Therapy Contract. If your injury is accepted by ACC, your appointments are part-funded - ACC covers a portion of the cost, and you'll pay a co-payment. See prices here.

  • Your initial assessment is 45 minutes. This allows your physiotherapist to listen to your story, take a detailed history, assess your injury, and develop a treatment plan. You'll usually also receive treatment in this first session.

    What should I bring?

    • ACC claim number (if you have one)

    • Comfortable clothing.

    • Imaging results (X-ray, ultrasound, MRI)

    • Relevant medical history.

    • Initial: 45 min

    • Follow-up: 30 min

    • Extended follow-up: 45-60 min

  • Yes. Please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

  • Yes, we can refer directly for X-rays and ultrasounds. If MRI or CT scans are needed, we work closely with your GP or specialist.
